OUR GUARANTEE
We guarantee every product we custom make. It is important to us, you are completely satisfied. We will repair or replace any item you have purchased from us that has a defect in craftmanship or quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within (15) days of receipt. (Please see exceptions below)

CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED ITEMS
As with most stores, we generally do not accept returns on personalized items. Your order is made to your specifications and cannot be resold to someone else if it is returned.
STOCK ITEMS
You will receive a full credit (less delivery charges) for items that are not personalized. We must receive these item(s) within (14) days of receipt. If we receive item(s) after (14) days of receipt, we will refund a credit (less 25% re~stocking fee and delivery charges). After (30) days we will NOT accept any returns.
Applies to unworn,undamaged, non personalized products only.

REPAIR & REPLACEMENT

You MUST notify us within (14) days of receipt. After (15) days, please see warranty information

Stock Items
We do not charge for repair or replacement, or for shipping item(s) back to you with a manufacturers defect.

Custom/Personalized Items
If your item(s) where made incorrectly (not your specifications) or have a manufacturers defect we will be happy to repair or replace it for absolutely no~charge to you.
NOTE: Does not apply to items damaged or broken due to use or resizing item(s) we made according to your specifications, or items you have lost.

WARRANTY
90 Days
From date of purchase

We work hard to provide and use the best quality available. Before any of our custom/personalized pieces are shipped from our design studio, we inspect it for quality and craftmanship. However, if your custom jewelry piece was made incorrectly (not to your specifications) or has a defect (in manufacturing) we will be happy to replace it at no charge. Please notify us immediately for further instructions. We will refund your shipping charges in credit.
We are happy to modify any product that you have purchased from us that doesn’t meet guidelines of the above. We will resize strands, add strands, add beads, add charms, etc. Please see “Miscellanious Charges & Fees” located on "Have A Question" Page. If you would like to return an unworn or undamaged item for a refund within (15) days of receipt. Applies to non~personalized items only You will need a Return Authorization number.

IF ISSUES ARISE AFTER 90 DAYS
This would be considered wear & tear. We would be happy to repair your jewelry piece if needed. Please see "Have A Question" page and go to "Miscellanious Fees & charges, or contact us for estimate.

RETURNS

Please inspect your order carefully
Please contact us immediately and get a RA # for return. After (15) days of received, we charge a restocking fee of 25% and will refund the difference. After (30)days we do not accept any returns.(Applies to non~personalized items unworn & undamaged only) Shipping charges are non-refundable. We require a Return Authorization Number along with original receipt or order number.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER:
Before you return anything to us, please call or email us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Place the RA# on the front of your package. In your request, please state the reason for the return and what you would like us to do with the item(s). Include the original invoice or order number, if you are not the original purchaser. So that we can better serve you, please include your email address or phone number for any questions we may have. If there are charges involved include payment information. When we issue RA# via phone or Email, we will give you shipping address information.
We strongly urge you to use a form of shipment that provides a tracking number and/or insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items that never reach us.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT A RA #.
