This is a natural process caused by oxidation and can be removed by using a sterling silver polishing cloth. (PLEASE SEE RECOMMENDATIONS BELOW) Do not expose jewelry to harsh chemicals such as chlorine and bleach. These chemicals will destroy the silver. When using a Dip~Style Cleaner (WE RECOMMEND) DO NOT allow to sit in cleaner longer then just 1 minute. Any longer and the solution will cause you to lose the oxidized look on your letter style beads & Bali Silver Beads.
