    How do I place an order?

    A: By Shopping Online with us

    Dropping an email to us is the easiest way to reach us for questions. We monitor our emails throughout the day.     What are your hours of operation?

    A: 24hrs a day, 7 days a week

    Even on holidays OUR website is open
    To reach us for questions: 9:30am to 4:30pm (MST) Mon through Fri
    (except on holidays)

    For your convenience, on each page of our website, at the bottom you will find a digital clock with (MST) time. If we are not available by phone or email right away, please be patient as we are helping others and will get back to you as soon as we are able.

    Q: ORDER TURN AROUND
    When will my order process? When can I expect to receive my order?

    A: We routinely post on our Home Page and throughout the check out process our current turnaround. Typically our orders process in the order they are received, taking 3 to 5 business days + shipping preference you select. During holiday season rush, please expect your order to take a little longer.

    NOTE: If your order is placed after 12:00pm (MST) MON-FRI, your order will process the following business day. For your convenience we have provided a digital clock with (MST) time on each of our website pages (see bottom) You will be notified immediately if we are experiencing a delay for any of the following reasons

    · Out of medium to create your piece as requested
    · Billing & shipping Instructions unclear
    · Non process of payment
    · Holiday rush time
    · Emergency

    Q: CANCELLATION POLICY
    What if I have to cancel my order?

    A: Please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us. Preferably within 24 hrs of order being placed. This also allows for faster refund turnaround.

    Q: OUR RETURN POLICY
    What is your Return Policy?

    A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please notify Something 2 Brag About immediately. So we can discuss the matter. You will need a RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE

    For Personalized/Custom pieces we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom, sale & clearance items, worn pieces unless the error is a manufacturer defect or the fault of Something 2 Brag About®. This would include, but not limited to, our Hand Stamped Creations. If it is a manufacturer defect or error on our part, you will receive a refund of your purchase price or offered a store credit in the amount of original purchase.

    For Non-Custom/Personalized items we will give a store credit or an even exchange (less shipping), if returned in original packaging and in salable condition within 14 days of date of receipt.

    Q: SHIPPING & PACKAGING
    What do you charge for Shipping & Packaging?

    A: All orders are generally shipped by United Postal Service across the United States. We do offer United Parcel Service/UPS from time to time as well. Check with us on status if it is not offered in check out and you would prefer United Parcel Service/UPS as your carrier.

    We like to get our orders out FAST. Our orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days
    (MON-FRI) of receipt, based on availability of request. Because our jewelry is hand-made, some pieces may require additional time for delivery. (We will notify you with any time delay) Our creations are shipped in a soft organza pouch for safekeeping and/or immediate gift giving. Gift Wrap & Enclosure available, if selected.

    Ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
    ONLY ship within the continental United States at this time.

    We are unable to accept or ship international orders at this time.

    · All jewelry purchases are shipped via U.S.P.S. ground shipping with delivery confirmation. Insurance is available and can be purchased optional to the buyer. Just let us know.
    · All jewelry purchases over $275 will require a signature upon delivery.
    · Packages are picked up and delivered on business days only (MON-FRI, excluding holidays).
    · Orders placed on through our website after 12pm (MST) will processed the following business day. Please note that custom orders may take longer. (We will notify you with any time delay)
    · If you need your item expedited, please send us an email.
    USPS 1st Class Mail (approx. 5-8 days) – Start at $1.85
    USPS Priority Mail (approx. 3-5 days) – Start at $4.95
    USPS Express Mail (approx. 1 to 2 B/days) – Start at $18.00
    · If you need your item extradited, please email us. We will do our best to accommodate and ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible.

    IMPORTANT:
    The date and time you placed your order, also affects the day in which you receive your order. After 12:00pm MST your order will process the next business day.

    Do your prices change on occasion?

    A: Absolutely... We are experiencing fluctuations in the Precious Metals market. Prices are subject to change without notice. (However, you will receive the price you ordered at, even if price goes up the next day and your order has not been completed) We pride in using high quality medium in our creations. We use Swarovski Crystal, Sparkling Czech Glass, Sterling Silver (unless otherwise stated), 14kt gf, semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls, Some LEAD FREE medium, etc. When you place an order with Something 2 Brag About, you know you are getting a quality keepsake.

    Q: HAND-MADE JEWELRY
    Do you really make all your pieces by hand?

    A: Yes! All of the designs and creations you see on Something2BragAbout.com are samples of custom work by Becci, the owner. Because YOU the customer our part of the design process, every keepsake becomes personalized. From time to time we receive orders with the request of “I want the EXACT same, as pictured”. However as noted on each product page ... beads may vary and this is due to supply and also protects your piece from being mass-produced.

    Q: JEWELRY CARE & UP KEEP
    How do I keep my Jewelry as nice as when I received it?



    A: Something 2 Brag About prides in most creations being one of a kind. As a customer, you will work with the designer to make your piece unique and all your own.

    Please take a moment and read how to care for your keepsake...
    We recommend the following:

    DO:
    ~ Please remove all jewelry prior to certain activities, including but not limited to, swimming, bathing, gardening, cleaning with any kind of chemicals or bleach and applying cosmetics. The chemicals in some of the above mentioned, may damage your jewelry.
    ~Always store your jewelry individually in a plastic Zip Lock bag when not being worn, preferably in a cool, dry place. When exposed to air, moisture, even humidity your jewelry can oxidize and tarnish.
    ~It is a good practice and best to have your pieces restrung periodically in order to avoid breakage.

    DO NOT:
    ~ DO NOT use Silver Dip, Tarnish-remover or silver polish to restore shine and sparkle of your jewelry piece. This form of cleaning may damage your jewelry.

    We recommend a Polishing Cloth to clean your keepsake(s)

    Q: JEWELRY SIZE & RESIZING
    I do not see the size I want!

    A: Our designs are originally created with a size in mind but because you are part of the design process, you are able to request what you would prefer.

    Q: What do I do if I receive my piece and it is he wrong size?

    A: Please contact us and we will give you an RA Code (RETURN AUTHORIZATION) along with shipping instructions. Simply return it and we will be happy to resize it for you as we know in most cases your keepsake has been ordered as a surprise or gift and sometimes we do not know what would fit best. We will not charge for the resizing, but you will be charged for return shipping.

    Q: I ordered a closeout item and it does not fit. What do I do?

    A: There will be an additional fee associated with a clearance, closeout or non-returnable and non-exchangeable item. Please email us for further details.

    May We Suggest...
    The best way to order the correct size is to measure the wrist below the wrist bone and DO NOT add to this measurement. If you do not have access to the person’s wrist, I suggest you visit the “How to Measure” page by clicking HERE
    NOTE:
    This is ONLY used as a reference of suggested sizes. If you order the wrong size, we charge a fee for restringing. The keepsake will have to be completely restrung and takes just as long to make as the 1st time

    IMPORTANT:
    At this time, all of our jewelry for children under the age of 13, will NOT include Swarovski Crystal due to the CPSIA law. Although Swarovski stands behind their product we are required by law to replace crystal in children’s pieces. We are replacing Swarovski with Jablonex Sparkling Czech Glass.     Do I have to personalize with letters? Do I have to have crystal on my keepsake?

    A: No! Remember “WE” work together to design your custom piece. On each product page when ordering details, you will check off only the selections you want. You will also see a box that says, “Talk to Me” another way to communicate to the designer what you would like.

    Q: WHOLESALE & QUANTITY ORDERS
    Do you wholesale?

    A: Yes! but, not at this time. In order for us to provide the best customer service for our customers, we have to limit our partnerships. Currently, we are at full capacity.     Q: Do you offer discounts for a quantity order?

    What happens to my personal information?

    A: All information we collect is solely for the purpose of enhancing your shopping experience. We are committed to protecting your privacy along with the confidentiality of your information.     When placing an order online at Something2BragAbout.com with your credit card, the page that appears for input of credit card information is connected to a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) advanced encryption technology. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is transmitted through our server and stored in a secure environment. SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure server. I personally remove the information by secure password(s) to process your credit card manually. Your credit card is charged when we are ready to process your order. Your credit Card information will never be reused, with one exception, to issue a refund.
