    How do I place an order?

    A: By Shopping Online with us


    When you are finished selecting design, accents, size, options, etc.
    Look for "Add To Cart" button on the lower 1/2 of the product page you have selected. When you have finished shopping, select "Check Out". You will be asked to register before you continue with your order. After you register, the check out process will continue. You will be able to review your order before you make payment. IF you are a "Returning Customer" you will be able to log in with your user name and password. This will make your "Check Out" a breeze.


    B: Best way to reach us

    Dropping an email to us is the easiest way to reach us for questions. We monitor our emails throughout the day. Or you may call us at 888.215.7866 TOLL FREE or if you live in the Phoenix area 602.525.8281 during our normal business hours MON - FRI 9:30am to 4:30pm (MST) except on holidays. We are closed Saturday & Sunday for Customer Service, however, the website is open 24 -7. Feel free to browse and/or place an order.     When will my order process?
    When can I expect to receive my order?

    A: We routinely post on our Home Page and throughout the check out process our current turnaround. Typically our orders process in the order they are received, taking 3 to 5 business days + shipping preference you select. During holiday season rush, please expect your order to take a little longer.

    NOTE: If your order is placed after 12:00pm (MST) MON-FRI, your order will process the following business day. For your convenience we have provided a digital clock with (MST) time on each of our website pages (see bottom) You will be notified immediately if we are experiencing a delay for any of the following reasons

    What is your Return Policy?

    A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please notify Something 2 Brag About immediately. So we can discuss the matter. You will need a RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE

    For Personalized/Custom pieces we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom, sale & clearance items, worn pieces unless the error is a manufacturer defect or the fault of Something 2 Brag About®. This would include, but not limited to, our Hand Stamped Creations. If it is a manufacturer defect or error on our part, you will receive a refund of your purchase price or offered a store credit in the amount of original purchase.

    For Non-Custom/Personalized items we will give a store credit or an even exchange (less shipping), if returned in original packaging and in salable condition within 14 days of date of receipt.

    Q: SHIPPING & PACKAGING
    What do you charge for Shipping & Packaging?

    A: All orders are generally shipped by United Postal Service across the United States. We do offer United Parcel Service/UPS from time to time as well. Check with us on status if it is not offered in check out and you would prefer United Parcel Service/UPS as your carrier.

    We like to get our orders out FAST. Our orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days
    (MON-FRI) of receipt, based on availability of request. Because our jewelry is hand-made, some pieces may require additional time for delivery. (We will notify you with any time delay) Our creations are shipped in a soft organza pouch for safekeeping and/or immediate gift giving. US Shipping Insurance, Gift Wrap & Enclosure available, if selected. You will find these options just above the "Add To Cart" Button on the product page you are ordering from.

    We ship within the Continental United States & Canada ...We are UNABLE to ship any where else Internationally at this time

    A: Yes! All of the designs and creations you see on Something2BragAbout.com are samples of custom work by Becci, the owner... (UNLESS Otherwise Noted)

    From time to time we receive orders with the request of “I want the EXACT same, as pictured”. However as noted on each product page ... beads may vary and this is due to supply and also protects your piece from being mass-produced.

    Q: JEWELRY CARE & UP KEEP
    How do I keep my Jewelry as nice as when I received it?



    A: Something 2 Brag About prides in most creations being one of a kind. As a customer, you will work with the designer to make your piece unique and all your own.

    Please take a moment and read how to care for your keepsake...
    We recommend the following:

    DO:
    ~ Please remove all jewelry prior to certain activities, including but not limited to, swimming, bathing, gardening, cleaning with any kind of chemicals or bleach and applying cosmetics. The chemicals in some of the above mentioned, may damage your jewelry.
    ~Always store your jewelry individually in a plastic Zip Lock bag when not being worn, preferably in a cool, dry place. When exposed to air, moisture, even humidity your jewelry can oxidize and tarnish.
    ~It is a good practice and best to have your pieces restrung periodically in order to avoid breakage.

    DO NOT:
    ~ DO NOT use Silver Dip, Tarnish-remover or silver polish to restore shine and sparkle of your jewelry piece. This form of cleaning may damage your jewelry.

    We recommend a Polishing Cloth to clean your keepsake(s)

    Q: JEWELRY SIZE & RESIZING
    I do not see the size I want!



    A: Our designs are originally created with a size in mind but because you are part of the design process, you are able to request what you would prefer.
    Q: How do I measure for correct wrist size?


    To avoid resizing charges it is very important to measure before ordering.


    A: All Bracelets are measured from end to end (DOES NOT INCLUDE THE CLASP) Please read the following carefully. If you follow the guidelines provided, you will receive a nice fitted bracelet with a little bit of movement and room....
    FOR BOTH CHILDREN & ADULTS
    Measure the wrist just below the wrist bone with a flexible tape measure. If you do not have a tape measure, take a piece of yarn/string and wrap it (not to loose & not too tight) around your wrist... Cut the string then stretch it across a ruler. Please give us THIS measurement.

    DO NOT add anything to this measurement. We will do the rest.

    NOTE:
    Depending on the beads used to string your jewelry piece ... different size beads take up different amounts of room on the inside of the bracelet. This is why we ask for actual wrist size. We know what to add to the measurement as we are creating your piece. We also want to make sure the clasp is secure, we would hate for you to lose jewelry keepsake. We want you to have a nice, comfortable fitting bracelet

    IF this is a gift, Think of the recipients bone structure... Small Frame, Medium Frame, etc. It is not about weight for a wrist measurement...
    We have provided a chart HERE with average measurements to help you determine size choice... REMEMBER: (Sizes provided on the chart are based on estimations on the average person only)
    Please make adjustments if needed.

    Q: What do I do if I receive my piece and it is he wrong size?

    A: Please contact us and we will give you an RA Code (RETURN AUTHORIZATION) along with shipping instructions. Simply return it and we will be happy to re-size it for you for a nominal fee... If your keepsake has been ordered as a surprise or gift, we understand and on occasion the gift giver does not know what would fit best. In this case, we will not charge for the resizing, but we will ask you to pay for return shipping charges.

    Q: I ordered a closeout item and it does not fit. What do I do?

    A: There will be an additional fee associated with a clearance, closeout or non-returnable and non-exchangeable item. Please email us for further details.

    May We Suggest...
    The best way to order the correct size is to measure the wrist below the wrist bone and DO NOT add to this measurement. If you do not have access to the person’s wrist, I suggest you visit the “How to Measure” page by clicking HERE
    NOTE:
    This is ONLY used as a reference of suggested sizes. If you order the wrong size, we charge a fee for restringing. The keepsake will have to be completely restrung and takes just as long to make as the 1st time

    IMPORTANT:
    At this time, all of our jewelry for children under the age of 13, will NOT include Swarovski Crystal due to the CPSIA law. Although Swarovski stands behind their product we are required by law to replace crystal in children’s pieces. We are replacing Swarovski with Jablonex Sparkling Czech Glass.     Q: WHAT IS PICTURED
    Will my KEEPSAKE look exactly like the picture on the website?


    A: Sometimes it is necessary to substitute, due to the availability of some beads (mostly the Bali Silver) We will do our best to match what is pictured on our website. Most all of our designs become original pieces as you become a part of the design process. The Personalized Name Bracelet designs, will differ a little depending on the wrist size/length, size of beads used and if names are added to your piece.

    Do I have to personalize with letters?
    Do I have to have crystal on my keepsake?
